What is the major difference between pcos and pcod and how pcos diagnosis... ... ... ... ... ... ..

I have started taking thyronorm 25 mcg tablet from 2 weeks, also iron tablet from few month . my period is delayed by 3 days, is it happening due to thyroid tablet. Please help me understand

Dear Doctors Please help in checking the normality of the baby as it shows multiples things detected like fuss kidney, Spine, vertebral. Regular gyane suggested to keep and 2nd opinion sugesterd to abord as child may born with down syndrome. Padiatrics not confirm for % of cureness and either current doctor ready to give guarantee of normality. Please help

I am a mother of a 2 yr old baby. I am currently 38 years old. I suffered two miscarriages and  then upon treatment I was diagnosed with PCOS. In 2017 I removed a cyst. I did follicular study and took the treatment of injections lupin FSH 150 IU. I conceived and gave normal birth in 2018.Now I want to conceive again, my AMH is 1.877.In August I used The same treatment of lupin injection but still did not conceive. Iam regularly taking ovalink SR and inoges. Kindly give suggestions if I should try normal or go for lupin injections again. My doctor is suggesting that I try follicular and lupin again

I have irregular periods so doctor takes two usg Pelvic usg which shows no pcod Lower abdomen which shows few small follicles in both ovaries Amh test =11.30 They analyse that everything is ok But why my periods are so irregular Is ovulation happens or not?

I have been trying to concieve for quite a while (6months). However , no luck, recently my TVS report says, "mild focal fundal addnomyosis", with everything else normal and properly functioning. One of my doctor has asked me to take combined birth control pill for a month, will it affect my future conception chances/fertility as I ovulate on my own and have regular 25 days cycle, or is it necessary before I furthur plan for conception ? I had also taken duphston for 2 cycles fron Day 16th to Day 25. Is it compulsory to take birth control to help me concieve ?
