I had pap smear test and very next day i felt some in between shooting light pain in lower abdomen and next day to this light bleeding started with mild cramps. For me Mirena is already inserted last year august and from feb2020 i'm not getting periods but now after 2 days of pap smear light bleeding started Is this normal scenario with Mirena? And mirena position is not displaced due to test? Please help
