Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello, I have done my HSG, FSH , LH ,TSH and Ptoclactine test on Aug23,all reports were normal. ollicles monitoring done 4 times, egg size good and ruptured also but still I did not conceived. I stopped all treatment in feb"24. Please let me  know if I need to do all test again ? My AMH was 1.34. What should be my next step.

I am 44 years old..I always got my periods between 25 to 28 days..for the first time i got it after 40 days On day 1 it was watery and proper flow started on day 2.. My periods usually lasts for 5 days but this time I am having spotting on day 6 , have never had this earlier Can you let me know if this normal or do I need to take any step Thanks

Can i&pill cause damage to the ovaries permanently if taken twice in a month? I have taken i-pill twice and then i never used it since 14 months. My question is did it damage my ovaries permanently for taking it twice a month? I am asking this because i have not ovulated naturally after using i pill twice 14 months back. I only get my ovulation and periods whenever i am under any medicine. Will i never be able to conceive again?

I have taken Deviry 10mg tablets for 5 days (each day 2 tabs). Today is day 2 post stopping medicine. While taking Deviry 10mg I did not get any progesterone supplements related symptoms. Last cycle I was taking Duphaston 10mg as I was in fertility treatment. At that time I was symptom related to progesterone. But now while taking Deviry 10mg, I did not get any symptoms. What does it mean? Or symptom might or might not come while taking period induced medicine? Kindly advice.

Hi dr, I am a person with regular cycles and good period flow for 3-4 days but this time my periods were with a good flow on day 1 and day 2 but on the 3rd day periods were little light and on 4th day it stops. So is this sudden change normal or should I wait till next cycle and check ???
