I feel extremely dehydrated since yesterday. Once I start breastfeeding I feel dehydrated dry mouth headache and no saliva secretion . I drink 4 to 5 litres of water .. how can I resolve this
Also my Baby asks for feed every 1 hour. Does this mean he is not getting enough milk

Does lactation counselor really help or not to increase milk supply..my baby is 2month old my milk supply is very low hardly 20-30 ml..per feed..i have tried every possible thing to increase supply medicine, pumping,diet..etc.after all these after my supply doesn't increase.. should I consult lactation counselor or not worth?
