I have gotten my period 7 days early . I get my periods quite regularly on time within 27-30 days . However this time my cycle has been only 20 days long . Is it normal ?

Got blood test done on day 3 of period and below is test result FSH- 5.6 LH- 2.52 AMH- 3.4 Prolactin-10.76 Is this normal? Is it okay that LH is half of FSH?

I recently started going to the gym frequently since the last 2 months . I got my last period on 5th May and brown spotting from 30th April . Now again on 24th I have started seeing brown spotting . Is the normal ? Normally my cycle was 30 days and I never had brown spotting before periods .
