Reducing delivery tummy after 5 years
Hi mam.. I have 5+ year son .. I didn't take care for me after baby delivery.. now my tummy is very sagging n loose like I can pull my skin.. how to reduce it.. and how to tighten my tummy What can i do to it to become like before delivery and same for breast also sagging loose like old ladies .. please suggest me how to do what to eat? What shall I do to look how I used to be? Thank you Vijayashree

It is a very prolonged treatment. It involves a lot of discipline and hard work. Hence it is difficult to follow. Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area. He may have to refer you to a dietician and Gym trainer. There are no short term potions to get your tummy in order.

By doing abdomens specific exercises like abdomen crunches or Surya namaskar For breast sagging the only option is surgery diet has no rule
