Tummy after twin delivery
I have significant tummy even at 8 weeks postpartum. I look like 4-5 months pregnant. Pic is attached. Is this diastasis recti? Can this be reduced with exercise?

Yes, u need to tone ur abdominal muscles& reduce the excess fat deposited during pregnancy.do it gradually with good  ,healthy diet intake with guided excerices.it will be reduced for sure..
