Hello doctor , My mother is having heavy bleeding in her periods cycle and she is feeling abdominal pain also. So she went for checkup and it shows she is having uterine fibroids . So can we leave fibroids as it is because she is going to menopause stage? Is there any treatment without removing uterus .Please suggest the solution . She had taken papsmear test also . It is normal .I have attached the report.

This is happening after I delivered, I had a c section and the area around my virgina and anus keeps itching and the area is gone black and has become rough as skin is come out because of scratching.
