Hysteroscopy will be done under Anesthesia and is likely to be helpful to dilute the cervix which ( cervical stenosis) is a common cause of infertility

When cervix does not open up for HSG ,then hysteroscopy is attempted under general anesthesia, when the whole body gets relaxed . In 99% of the cases hysteroscopic examination is successful after which iui can be attempted and pregnancy can be achieved.
