Missed menstruation
I had my last period on 7th September after that I haven't got my period it's been 3 months now. I consulted a gynaeo, she gave me norethisterone and Livogen-XT. Today is the third day of medication.

Continue norethistrone for 5 days. You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 7-10 days.
Next Steps
Take a boiled egg daily
Eat and sleep regularly on time
If still no periods do ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness
Health Tips
Do a pregnancy test with morning sample fasting urine if applicable.

Are you sexually active?
Have u done a pregnancy test?
If pregnancy test is negative there can be many other reason for delayed periods like
Stress , excessive exercise, change of weather place or food habits or hormonal imbalance
Next Steps
Do a pregnancy test
If negative, get usg pelvis and hormonal profile for pcod done
Also tsh and prolactin
