Please help me in explaining the below report as i went to dctr that i am stomach pain and iregular spotting or periods ..they have done a  hh ..today is my 29th day but from 2 days only light spotting is there no flow startd..plz help me what to do

I am 36 years old. My last period date is 24th oct 2020. Yesterday was my day 12. I have gone through follicular study. There were written In my left ovary has follicuar cyst size 2.5cm. and right ovary follicle size 0.96cm. Endometrium thickness 8mm. And there was mentioned that I have seedling anterial uterine myoma. Very tiny fybroids there. What should I do? Is there any chance to concieve?

Hi, for past 3 monthly cycles, I am getting follicular study done. Last period was on 7-sept. No periods since then. Ultrasound shows thin endometrium of 2.5 mm. It's recorded thin in last 2 cycles also. I am not getting periods despite taking progynova 3 times a day . What is the treatment to develop endometrium upto 8mm ? Please advise
