Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi Doctor, Today it's 11 week 3 days . When to go for NT NB scan for best result. It will be best for me if I can do it today as I have to travel less . Please suggest what should be done. My confusion is that going early can have misguided report or difficult in getting correct result ?

I am married.. I missed period from last week... actually missed period after  6 days(today)... I took home pregency test...result shows negative note: my menstrual cycle 30 days regulary...

I did a random checkup due to severe sudden acne my FSH level is 1.77 / FH level is 0.88 / Progesterone is 7.72 / Prolactin is 34.8/ Testosterone is 0.65 / Thyroid :- T3- 0.93 / T4- 8.27 / TSH - 4.408. I gave my blood test in the morning after 20mins when i get up. Can you tell me do i need to visit gynaecologist in person to treat my hormones and also my acne main reason is my hormones.

From past 5-6 months i am getting my periods on time ,,There is no pain ,...but the problem is that there is less flow during my periods it lasts for 2 days with less bleeding... . Is it normal?? From past many years i was getting my periods for 2 days but that time bleeding was normal in that 2 days...and after that 2 days little bit spotting may occur during 3-4 day... but at Present i am feeling like Less flow during that 2 dayss... i am using very less pads comparing with those days 5-6 months back when blood flow is normal ...

Lmp 5/11/20  morning 2 am from tommorow I used at least 6 pads now the flow is very less spotting blood clot is it normal?

Period comes after 3 years, is it ok or I should consult wid doc now , i feel pain in my back now after getting my periods

Bleeding starts after 8 days of d&c, please suggest is it normal or do I have to visit gynaecologist.

For the past 5 months I'm noticing delay in my periods, like one month it got missed and after that it delayed for 10 days, what could be the reason for it? P.S I'm in IT professional, work from home and lots of stress I get daily

I have heard about contraceptive patches but I am not able to find it anywhere in India. Can anybody suggest me, from where I can buy it?

Is it possible having no symptoms of ovulation but it happens during follicular study???.. ... ... ..
