Pregnancy and Infertility

I was in ovulation induction for 3 cycles. During that time I was taking Letrozole 2.5mg for 5 days and then duphaston 10mg for 15 days post ovulation. After stopping the treatment, suddenly I am getting mid cycle bleeding during 14 days. When I checked with doctor, she did not clarify much. Only she gave Pause xt to stop the bleeding and then asked to take Duphaston 10mg for 10 days. Asked to take duphaston for next 3 cycle as I am trying to conceive and it will help in conceiving. Why I am getting this mid cycle bleeding? My USG report seems fine. Is it side effect of ovulation induction hormonal pills? How it will be fixed? And now shall I take duphaston for next 3 cycles? Please advice.

I was in fertility treatment for last 3 months (ovulation induction). Post stopping the treatment, suddenly this month I got mid cycle bleeding on day 14. When I did TVS scan it came as Adenomysis in uterus. What does this mean? Is the mid cycle bleeding due to adenomysis? How to cure this? Kindly help in this. I have attached my TVS report.

Hello, I have done my c-section delivery on August 17,i.e., 8months back. Then I got my first period on March 23 I.e. 2 months back normally . Now I got my period this month May  5th I.e., 4 days back. But from the first day of the period  I am getting brownish spotting only and getting abdominal pain also . Is there any serious? Sometimes brownish and sometimes light gray colour. Per day approximately quarter of my pad only the bleeding.
