Pregnancy and Infertility

I was in fertility treatment for last 3 months (ovulation induction). Post stopping the treatment, suddenly this month I got mid cycle bleeding on day 14. When I did TVS scan it came as Adenomysis in uterus. What does this mean? Is the mid cycle bleeding due to adenomysis? How to cure this? Kindly help in this. I have attached my TVS report.

Hello, I have done my c-section delivery on August 17,i.e., 8months back. Then I got my first period on March 23 I.e. 2 months back normally . Now I got my period this month May  5th I.e., 4 days back. But from the first day of the period  I am getting brownish spotting only and getting abdominal pain also . Is there any serious? Sometimes brownish and sometimes light gray colour. Per day approximately quarter of my pad only the bleeding.

This red piece of tissue that i have shared below is come from my urine so i have a doubt this thin tissue come when hymen broke or tear this red tissue come .

I missed my period ..most ofently my period is not on due dated ... It may be late 2,3 days .. Last my period is on 19 march , n I don't have pereiod on april, I do pregncy test there it shows two line one in dark ( C) and another light pink on (T) .. Doctor give me lupi injection.
