Is there any difference in dronis 30 and Novelon? Is dronis 30 high in power than novelon... Because Dronis 30 cause more sude effects on me

My test reports after 3 weeks of chemical miscarriage prolactin(ECLIA)- 44.86 ng/mL Vitamin B12- 222.2 pg/mL HbA1c- 5.4 PG blood glucose(after1hrs)-152mg Vitamin D- 8.21 ng/mL ESR- 27.0 mm/hr I'm trying to conceive is this report normal

It's been a month I have stopped breastfeeding.Then I used breastpump to clear the milk but now not no milk is coming out through pump but little milk is there . How to clear the breast so that it won't be a problem in future .

Does antibiotics delay our periods ? I usually have 30day cycle but in March I had fever and infection because of which I was on antibiotics and I got periods on 40th day... now I am concerned when will my period come this month...!!

I missed my period on 20 april , I do test on 8 may it shows faint line on (T) and dark on (C) today 10 may again I do pregncy test there also light faint line shows on (T) and dark on (C) ..what it means ... M I pregnt or its a false result ... Or i will not be pregnt...??

During periods, i face a lot of pain which is next to unbearable. As soon as I get periods then, atleast 2 3 hours, I have very less bleeding and then later it is normal. But after, 1 hour I get loose motions and vomiting and feels a little feverish. And now i had finished my periods around 2-3 may 2024. And today all of sudden, I faced a little bleeding. And everytime the duration of my periods is 3 days . Please guide my and let me know, 1)  what is thr problem? 2)what is thr cure? 3) will it have any complications or issues in future?

Since last 3 months I was in fertility treatment and for that I have done TVS scan many times around 7 to 8 times, but have never found Adenomysis. But suddenly in this cycle as I got mid cycle bleeding when I did the scan in TVS it is showing Adenomysis in Uterus. I have attached the tvs scan report. Why suddenly this thing shown in tvs? Is it 100% accurate that I have aedenomysis? Please advice. Please I would request all to help me in understanding this.
