Pregnancy and Infertility

I am taking Dronis 30 for last  1yr as per my doctors prescription but last 2 months I have very very  light period just like spotting. Why it happens? Last month I took azithral 500 for Infection  but this month also it like spotting. I am also taking Ciplar LA 20(migraine) & Glycomet SR 500.

Im 21 weeks 3 days. Today my anamolly sczn was done which came normal. But during the procedure the radiologist was pressing the device very hard on my left abdomen i got some sharp pain which went away after 30 minutes. Will pressing the device harm fetus or cause injury to its brain

I usually get my periods on the 24/25th of every month. Last month I started swimming and I got it on 20th. However, this month as I started office, I got in on the 9th. Is this normal? There were no symptoms.

I want to know the details written in quadruple marker test . Is my baby normal . What is the next procedure .

When to take prolactin test? To be taken 3 hrs after waking up? After breakfast?

Does high prolactin (54) is the reason for iui failures.

I am taking dronis 30 last 1year as per Doctor prescription (21day - 7day gap- 21 day) last two month my period is very very light. Before taking dronis 30 I was taking Novelon. That time my period was okay . Could I again start novelon instead of Dronis 30.

Hi doctor, My periods are generally of length 26-28 days for more than a year duration. This time my period came on 32nd day . It started last night .I'm seeing lot of clots in bleeding . Is it early miscarriage?

I was in fertility treatment ovulation induction for last 3 months. After stopping treatment, suddenly in this cycle I got bleeding in day 14. Then when I went to hospital and did TVS scan on day 1 of bleeding, in report it came to bulky uterus of 7.8cm and adenomysis of uterus. I got worried by seeing this scan as I don't have any history of pain period and irregular period. So, on next day (day 2 of bleeding) I went to a different scan centre and did a TVS scan. In that second scan report everything seems normal. Uterus size is normal 5.8cm and there are No Adenomysis. I asked to radiologist as well, she said all fine. I am bit confused like how two reports are different only in gap of 2 days. I have attached both the reports here. Could you please help in advising on this? Which report I will consider correct?

By seeing this report, I got worried as I don't have any past experience of pain in period or irregular in period. So, on day 2 of bleeding again I went to a different clinic to do TVS scan. In the second day of bleeding TVS scan, it came all fine. The uterus is normal in size of 5.8cm. There are No Adenomysis. I asked to radiologist as well and she said all fine in TVS scan. I am confused why there are 2 different things in 2 reports in 2 different clinics?I have attached both scan report for reference. Which one should I consider? I am really worried. Please advice.
