Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi here are my ultrasound and urine reports. Please help me with it. In urine report it's showing bacteria present.

Post my fertility treatment, in this month I got bleeding only on day 14 of cycle. Doctor gave me Pause xt tablets 3 times per day. My bleeding started on may 8th. And also doctor asked to take Dupaston 10mg from May 10th. Today is may 10 & it is day 3 of bleeding. I am getting spotting only. So, can I start taking duphaston now? Or I should start taking duphaston only after my spotting completely stops?

Today I eat one onion pakora which contain there baking soda... Will it will affect or miscarge my pregency... 2 weeks pregent ...

I am trying to conceive for second time but my periods are getting delayed only for about a week Earlier my periods were always on date and just 2-3 days delay in case I travel. What could be the reason for 6-7 days delayed periods since last 3-4 months.

Can you say is everything normal in my scan can you please check and say. I have taken scan today morning.

My pap smear report says inflammatory smear. No other findings. HPV dna test is negative . Facing problem of spotting in between periods with pelvic pain n hydrosalphinx in one tube . what could be the reason? is it serious?

Is serum beta hcg test is done on empty stomach or I can take some smacks before the test  ... ??? Please tell

Is e2 level decide follicle good or bad , my e2 level is 98.3 pg/ml . On the day of trigger shot ,i have 3 mature follicle

I had C section 1 month ago, but I still have back pain specially around the place where anesthesia was given. Please suggest why it is happening and what I can do to treat this pain because I am not able to feed my baby comfortably.

I want to postpone my period date for 2 weeks this month, I had my last period on 18th April,is there any option to do that? Please help me
