Enclosed please find my USG report if whole abdomen. Kindly guide I hv been having PCOS since last 1.5 yrs. I never took medicine bcz I was having normal periods From July 2021 period got disturbed.was advised crina ncr 10 for withdrawal bleeding post which periods would come every month but duration between two cycles is 30-32 days n it lasts for 3 to 4 days. I am intolerant to contraceptives.it causes severe bloating thats y not taking any medicine . Plz advise

Hello Doctors, My wife double marker test is increased risk for 12 week scan trisomy 13 i.e 1:5 increased risk trisomy 18 1:10, increased Risk trisomy 21 1:14715 low Risk NT scan 2.6mm Attached result We are waiting for NIPT, is it directly means a miscarriage. what are the chances that NIPT is normal. I had my D&C for incomplete miscarriage ( 8weeks foetus without heart beat) on 25th Jan. I had mild spotting till 10 days. Post that there is no spotting nor any cramps or other symptoms but there are days when my uterus feels tender and I feel slight heaviness down there. Is it normal? When will I start feeling absolutely normal down there?
