Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello, it has been 10months to my delivery (c-section and breast milk stopped 4 months back). My periods started after 3 months of my delivery. Which is regular, on time between 28 to 30days. And flow was also good. But from last month my periods are on time but flow is very less. Also this month my periods came on time but the flow is very less. Like a drop or 2drops in whole day. Is this normal or should go for a checkup?

I did ultrasound it's came linear fluid echoes at surgical site I feel tender and like swelling lower abdomen Which means Seroma .. what is the exact meaning of it can I do any naturally heal to absorbing it's came after my c sec still it's not going and it's paining somtimes my doctor said it' will absorb naturally give time to ur body .. but it's already became 2.5 months still it's not reduce any home remedies plz

Getting more bleeding in my periods daily changing 4 to 5 pads what would be the reason? What step I can take further

My period length has become 9 to 10 days since 4mnths¹.after 4th day its brown in colr a nd very little.frm 7th day it becomes blackish .otherwise periods are regular.also im breasr feeding 1.5yr old baby.what could be reason?

I did IUI on 25th Jan. No period till today. I did a home test today, that was also negative. Any reason for test being negative or period not happening? Shall I  further wait for 3-4 days for test to be positive?

My dr had prescribed letroz 2.5mg from day3 to day7 but I forgot to take n started from day5 to day9.. now as per my average cycle is 26-28days. I had my last period on Jan 14th. So will letroz taking from day 5 will delay my periods?

I have endometriotic cyst & take dienogest 2 mg for continuous 2 years, the cyst size decreases to 2cm & 3 CM of both the ovaries. Now doctor told me to cease the tablet for 3 months & consult again with usg after 3 months. But in many interviews of different doctors in youTube & google also I see that cyst size increases during menstruation & without treatment this causes more complications including Fatal also.  So i do not understand how much cyst increases in this 3 months & how can i understand that This cyst going to be more dangerous for me as I'm symptomless!!! I don't understand Whose adv. Should I obey-  My consultant gynecologist doctor Or others Renowned gynecologist in you tube or google who are experts in this area. Why my doctor allows me for menstruation for 3 months as this increases the cyst & can be fatal! Can anyone suggest which should I do & whose adv. Should I obey? I'm unmarried also & was very well satisfied by dienogest 2 mg. Thank you 🙏
