  4. Breast pain. Exactly it is. plz help!

Breast pain
Hi doctors I am having random pain and tenderness in my breast sometimes right sometime left one. Sometimes there is no problem but some time i can feel heaviness and tenderness. For past 4-5 days i am noticing a single lump in my rightbreast upper side which slide on pressing especialy while lying. On touching i can feel little pain is there even on standing position. I don't understand what exactly it is. Plz help
