Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi,i was diagnosed with uterine fibroid of 3cm one month ago..i had heavy menstrual bleeding issue .in my cbc report my hb was 6.7 and platelets count was 16000. Later I started medication for iron and platelets .as of now after almost a month my hb is 9.3 but the platelets are still 56000 .pls guide me why my platelets are not increasing. i have tested for ferritin and hplc and both are ok.i want to conceive now.is there any serious issue...

Hi im a mother of 3 month old baby. I have 2 elder kids, I had normal postpartum bleeding for 40 days, immediately after one week, that is after 50 days of delivery my regular period has started n lasted for 5 days. Again after 28 days my periods started n I had watery n smelly bleeding of dark red colour, which lasted for 5 days with body pain,is this normal?? I had my kids through csection n I hv undergone sterilisation surgery as well. Im under medication for hypothyroidism. Im taking iron n calcium supplements. I am a breastfeeding mother, im having low milk supply. What medication should I take to increase my breast milk supply??

I had very small tissue left after medical abortion doc gave me misoprostol again but this time it was very less bleeding ...is it normal ?? If yes when should I go to follow up again

Periods flow is low and sometimes ita irregular but i face this problem for before 4,6 months before this my periods flow was ok. But know its not right and i have feel pain in left and right side ovary side i don't know why

What is late implantation??usually implantation happen 6-12 days after ovulation..in a case of late implantation can happen 28 days after ovulation??

Hello doctor,few days back I posted regarding delay in periods for 10 days(five months postpartum mother).I attached the report also and you people suggested that report is normal.now my query is I got my period back on yesterday whether I should visit the docter as she asked me to come after 1 week.

Please have a look at the records in the picture and let me know if my period cycle is normal or do I need to consult a doctor.

Kindly tell me your opinion I had pcod problem so i lost 6kg of my weight by doing healthy diet and exercise. At present  my age 25 and weight 56kg and height 5.1ft. Am planning to concieve so i took letrozole for 5 days and i got my period on 40th day of my cycle. Can i take one more time letrozole.. Will this help me to concieve?is there any other advices to concieve Thank u

Beta Hcg test resultsFemale, 26My wife today tested in beta Hcg test and result is received. I attached result picture. So you checked the results and discuss about this pls I attached result but not shown to you, and the test result is      Beta HCG is. 0.39mIU/ml
