Only G sac at 6 week transabdo ultrasoun
No yolk sac or fetak pole seen at 6 week transabdominal ultrasound only 12 mm G sac seen. Lmp -20 jan 22. Ultrasound at 02.03.22. Ga . 6.0 weeks. As per LMP -5.6 weeks. I have some spotting on 14th feb with no bleeding. I checked on 16th feb and it came positive. Progesteone capsules taken but spotting continues for almost 25 days. Sustain injection also taken. HcG 5000 injections 2 doses only taken. Ultrasound report suggested repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks. Is this normal or i have blighted ovum. Pl suggest. I also have minimally complex 49 x 29mm right overian cyst. Now after 25 days spotting stopped. I completed my 8 weeks. Pl suggest. Ultrasound report att
