I am diagnosed with prolactin serum value 106 ng/ml and thyroid is normal. During period I am getting white discharge with few blood spot. So please let me know it can be treated with medicine or what treatment should be followed?

In my USG I have been detected with 8x5x6 cm complex ovarian cyst in left ovary and 2x2 cm simple cyst in right ovary on 15 Feb. In the follow up test i had cea test value of 35 and ca 19.9 as 48 on 16 Feb. After thre days the cea value was 2 and ca 19.9 as 75 on 19 Feb. And afp value is approx 1 on 19 Feb. I was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst last month. I'm not using any medication right now. My hair is falling way too much and I don't understand what the cause is. Is this an effect of the cyst?? I have gone to dermatologist for which they prescribed vitamins but my hair is falling out even more now. So I am starting to wonder if it's because of the cyst.

I have been taking metoprolol 25 MG BD and ecospirin at night after developing post covid hpb in Jan 2022. Ever since taking this medicine, I have been feeling light headed often and now my periods may be stating early as I am having cramps and some discharge. Should I be worried? I am breastfeeding my 4months baby... But I have immense pain on the waist line while I lie down(rest my body on my back) and on side of the hip.. the pain is mostly on its left... even when I sleep on left side it pains a lot... Walking relives the pain... and even I have tailbone pain... what should I do ? I am taking calcium from past 3days(in middle I stopped) and even started taking vitamin d... but still I have the pain... the intensity is quite high..
