Hello Dr.
I had my delivery on nov 2020. After that my periods were normal and had no issues.
But from yesterday I'm having severe period cramps, but still now i didn't bleed. Only period cramps is there, now along with the back pain.
Its my date for the period, but got only cramps from yesterday afternoon.

Post abortion periods
I had a medical abortion on 29 nov and got my periods on 7 January but on 2 Feb again I got light spotting which ended in 4 days after that today 19 Feb again I got light spotting.
My hemoglobin has fall too. Can you suggest anything?
