It has been 4 weeks to my D&C but my periods have not returned. I also feel slight heaviness in the lower abdomen. Is it normal ?? How long should I wait to have my periods before consulting a doctor??

What happens if after 15 days of IUI procedure, the HCG test has showed negative but there are no periods either. Is late implantation a possibility ?

Right ovary 3.4×2.2×2.7cms (Vol 10.5cc) Appears bulky, shows multiple small follicles with echogenic stroma. What does this mean? Impression - Polycystic morphology of right ovary. Left ovary 3.4×2.2×2.0cms (Vol 7.78cc) Appears normal. Uterus appears retroverted. Is this normal? Please break down my test results. I have always had normal, regular menstruation cycle. No physical PCOS symptoms currently. Had mild PCOS in 2019 which was cured in 2-3 months. Unable to conceive since a few years. Will natural conceiving be possible?

I have been facing this issue since long time. Most of the time itching and irritation occurs around the private part and also in it. It does not happens when I am on my periods. But rest of the days it itches.

I had a D&C for missed abortion 4 weeks ago. Other things being normal, I feel a slight pressure / heaviness in lower abdomen. It's not painful or anything just a little feeling of heaviness. Is it normal after a D&C and if yes how long should I expect it to last.
