How to stop the bleeding which is done after the entercourse and bleeding is light, and im not vergin

I am 24 years old. My weight  is 82kgs. I delivered via c section on 27th January 2020. I have low breastmilk supply that is only 10ml and increasing at all. When i express  with manual  pump i got only  10ml. I am using galact granules and lactare tablets but no use. I am drinking lot of water. I am taking protein food also but no use. How much protein should i take in a day to increase breast milk.

What is maximum timeline for menstruation will be resumed after normal delivery? currently doing breastfeeding and baby is 2+ months old.

Hi I took my prolactin test in day 24.. attached is the result of same.. before 3 years it was 80 now it has reduced to 35.. still out of range. Question: Does the cycle day when I take the test matters ? Will it have any negative impacts in fertility? Thanks

I have sagging breast from childhood. I am 24 years old. I have delivered on January  27 via c section  . My breastmilk  is only 10 ml and not increasing  at all. i am expressing  through  pump every 3 hours my milk is only 10ml not sufficient for my baby.and giving  him formula milk. I am using  lactonic granules and lactare tablets  to increase milk but not increasing. My baby  latches and cries for milk  and i am giving formula. Does sagging breast women does not  produce breastmilk. What are the reasons for not increasing milk.
