Pregnancy and Infertility

I felt baby movements for past 3-4 days but don't feel since yesterday evening. Does being fatigued affect baby's movements? Some days I feel too exhausted at end of the day, does that impact baby's health too? There is no other change in my routine so suddenly why does baby's pattern keep changing? I just turned 24 weeks today.

Recently had laparoscopy surgery to removal uterine polyp of size 7x 4mm. I didn't now that I had a polyp because it was asymptomatic. After how many days of polyp removal one can conceive naturally? There is no other problem in both of us which can create hindrance in conceiving. I did not conceive in this cycle (2nd cycle after polyp removal through laparoscopy), 1st cycle I skipped as advised by doctor. This is so disheartening.

I had an ultrasound result after a miscarriage which states that right ovary(35mm x 17mm x 26mm) left ovary( 35mm x 19mmx 19mm). Pouch of Douglas: fluid present, largest pool 21.5mm x 4.9mm x 10.6mm. Are all these normal?

Hi Doc, I (30Years) had 4.3cm follicular cyst last year with suggestive endometriosis. After taking 4months of Duoluton this year it has increased and now its 7.47cm with a chocolate cyst. Should I go with laproscopy or another 3months hormonal suppression? If hormonal suppression which would be better? I have a plan to move to another country in the mid of this year, in that case which suggestion would be better for better stress free working life?

I m married 32 f. My last period date is 27 December. But today 24 February my period not come yet. Spotting on 3-4 feb. But still I m getting urine negative. Pls help
