I suffered 3 miscarriages, it become impossible to reduce weight with my sedantary and hectic schedule. I have been trying to conceive for a while now and from the last few months i developed irregular periods which never happened to me. I am always stressed, always thinking about the things that I never even bothered about before. I have been through tough times and I thought I made it, but eventually I feel stuck, helpless. What do I do, I even sometimes doubt, Do I even deserve a child. I don't left with anything to provide it for like normal mothers do, like my mother who is always there for me. I will never be as good as she is. What do i do. But my main concern is my heart beat is high from past few days but it is very high now.

My last period date was on 18 th Jan and slight period started from 25 Jan and till 16 Feb it continued like few drop sometime in morning and night . But it properly started on 17 Feb and from there it is continued. I don't have any issue in earlier months it was always normal for 3-4 days with a slight delay of 3-4 days. Also my weight increased drastically.I am 33 and weight is 90 kg but I dont have any issue with thryoid . recently only I had full body check up.only issue that time was iron deficiency and less haemoglobin. I am very much worried and depressed from last one month due to this issue Please suggest me what to do and whom to consult
