Thin Endometrium

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Kindly provide me best way to recover my thin Endometrium problem to conceive naturally or by IUI, in March in folicle study ET -4 mm on day 10 & egg 20 mm in both ovaries... Pls Dr.'s guide me effective solution to solve this issue already D&C's done due to no heartbeat & now not conceiving we've tring more than 1.5 years?? Any solution….....??

There will be medicines to increase the lining of endometrium, but in all.cycles its less or not.and you have to get treated under the supervision of an infertility specialist.
