Dr can I travel 9 hrs by bus after 14 days of cesarean delivery..will it cause any problems for me in future

I'm facing a problem with irregular and delay period i dnt know the exact reason is it PCOD or any hormonal imbalance

Hello, I was told to take letroz 2.5 Mg tablet for three days starting from 22/02/22. Today i had brown spotting and I am worried if my period started early because of using letroz. I got my last period on 16/02/22. Is it normal? Could you please let me know if there are any issues.i already took appointment with my doctor on Wednesday 02/03/22.
