Constipation after csection
I am facing constipation issue 7 weeks after  c-section and passing loads of gas which was not there before operation. I am drinking 3 litre water and light home food including fruits, vegetables and simpla daal and sabzi. Is it normal ? And when will I be back to normal situation.

Please get back to your physical activity. You should do about half hour walk in the morning and evening. As the time passes, the time given for walking should increase. In Caesarean we do nothing to your intestines. So constipated can't be due to Caesarean, certainly not after 7 weeks. Physical activity, proper diet with roughage and green vegetables, fresh fruits should be used to improve your bowel movement.

Its okay, preganancy realted hormones can cause so, just take an laxative for few days and drink milk. It should be fine.
