Water intake after c-sect
How much water should I consume after c-section delivery. Some suggested me to take as minimum as possible otherwise it will increase size of stomach. And some suggested to take enough water. What should I do ?

You should take at least 3litres of water after a delivery whether cesarean or normal. It has got nothing to do with your belly.. Also if you drink less water you will develop urine infections. So get urself hydrated with plenty of fluids. After a cesarean to gt a flat abs you need to hv a regulated diet and do postnatal exercises. U cn connect with me directly for these.
