My periods have been delayed by 10 days. Now i am using meprate tablets since 2 days. How much tablets do i need to take for early effects?

Hi, Me and my husband are trying for baby. This time I guess we have managed to appropriately track my ovulation window. But now my ovulation window is over since 2 days.. but I can see spotting (brown color mucus type blood) and very little cramps. Please let me know if this is something serious? Have never experienced bleeding bw ovulation and periods before.

I had periods twice this month. I had one at the start of the month (I.e. 1 March) & the other one on 11th of March. I took an ipill on 7th March. So is it just a side effect or what?
