Placenta will move to the upper side with time .till then you have to take certain precautions so that bleeding does not happen.BT scan is normal

Nt scan is normal. (12 weeks as per ultrasound so no need to repeat it)
Get dual marker done.
Placenta will mostly shift in upward direction until 8 months.
No need to take complete bed rest provided that you don’t have symptoms like bleeding or spotting.
