Hi doctors I am having random pain and tenderness in my breast sometimes right sometime left one. Sometimes there is no problem but some time i can feel heaviness and tenderness. For past 4-5 days i am noticing a single lump in my rightbreast upper side which slide on pressing especialy while lying. On touching i can feel little pain is there even on standing position. I had my c sec last month. In the discharge summary it is written,bleeding can be there upto 6 weeks. Today is my 38th day. Bleeding had almost stopped since yesterday morning. It started again today little bit. This is my second delivery. I read somewhere that breastfeeding itself will cause on and off bleeding. I have observed that I get period like cramps and bleed lil when I am breastfeeding. Is it normal?
