Perinorm is OK for short term use but it is not recommended for long term usage by lactating mothers.
The literature doesn't specify what is long term but conventionally any medicine used continuously for 2 weeks or more is considered as long term use.
As such perinorm should not be used for more than 2 weeks during lactation.
