Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello,I am diagnosed with cystic endometrial hyperplasia of 32mm on 13th day of my period (march) Though my period has become very light on 13th day of menstrual cycle. Earlier On 10th day of menstrual cycle(March 2022) my period was heavy and I went through tvs et -23 mm. 18th of August 2021 my benign tumour was removed along with removal of right ovary. After operation 4 months there was no period. Jan 4 2022 I got my regular periods 4-5 days after operation. Period was regular earlier too. But from February 4 2022 my date was skipped and then started on 17 th Feb and 18th Feb spotting. 19th Feb - 2 March 2022 it was heavy. In between I took trenexa and my periods stopped on 2nd of march. From 9th March, 11th March and 13th of March  there was spotting. And on 14th of March I started my menstruation and today is the 13th day though it has become very light kind of spotting. Now, I am taking Nerothisterone - 21 days. How can Cystic endometrial hyperplasia  be treated?

I have PCOD..my period irregular.my period came in February 5th and march 16 th...can I ovulated 11th day of my cycle.can I use I-pill 2 time in a year??

I had my last period on 30 jan 2022.till now iam having leg pain and sometimes back pain. Iam not getting my periods. Is menopause started??

I have been prescribed letrozol 5mg from day2 to 6. And on day 10 my right dominant follicle size is 13.5x10.1 and 12.9 x12.3. Is this size Normal for day 10? I also suffer from hypothyroidism

I'm facing a challenge with my Endometric lining. In last 3 cycles it had been ranging between 5-6.7 mm. This cycle it is 4 mm, however Eggsize is around 19-20mm in both ovaries. In such scenario is Normal conception possible...??? Shall we go for IUI & will it be a wise decision ??? Any solution to improve/ strengthen the lining size.

Is it okay to postpone the previous month's period since I can be relaxed during the time of my wedding? I have never taken pills for rescheduling periods before.
