Pregnancy and Infertility

We are planning for baby from last 1 year but my wife isn't able to conceive it. We have visited the specialists and performed all the tests suggested for both. Everything in the report came as normal but still she is not able to conceive it. Please suggest

I am breast feeding mother , my baby is 5 months old and my TSH value shows 0.036 Is it very low value ?

I m 38 old yrs and I m planning for baby. Can u tell/prescribe me pre conception tests that is mandatory for male.

Menstrual bleeding occurred four times in last one month. Earlier similar problem was there in 2019. ELATA 5 Mg was prescribed for 3 months. The issue persisted after 3 months of medication but was under control after yoga and pranayam. The problem has started again

Having left groin and lower abdominal pain goes back to back side pelvic bone area. and pass down whole leg. I have history of left pcod. And underwent infertility treatment before 2years. My period was before 2weeks.! It's been like this for past 3days. Pain gradually increases.! I used to do morning walks. Please suggest.

After post operation on August 18th 2021 my right ovary was removed. And I didn't have periods for 5 months. On January 4 - January 8 2022. I had periods after eating maprate and it was regular menstruation 4-5days even Earlier before operation I had regular menstruation. After the month of January in month of February my date skipped my periods started on 17th Feb slight spotting and by 19th night my periods were heavy. It stopped after I ate trenexa. So the length of period was from 17th feb - 2nd March 2022. In the month of March, I had very light red discharge on 9th, 11th and 13th of March. On 14th of March 2022 I got my periods and gradually by 18th of March 2022 my periods became heavier. My bleeding yet stopped till today. 26th March 2022 Dr. Asked me to take trenexa for 3 days only  if not stopped then start pause tablet. Also they did tvs et it came out my et is thick upto 23mm. Is there any serious condition

I have breast pain and under arm for past 3 days on left side. I examined and not sure of lumps as I am unable to differentiate between breast tissue and lumps. I am lactating mom, and expecting periods this week. Please suggest if it could cancer symptoms or something
