Pregnancy and Infertility

I have check the UPT multiple times but came negative. My last period came on jan 5th and since now no any additional symptoms or discomfort. However I have begun to have swelling in foot and ankle area, and heavy breasts. Missing on periods never happened in past and I am worried what to do next. I ignored it for one month thinking could be stress or fever. I have a son of 3.5years and my age is 33years with weight around 76kgs approx, height 5.3". Kindly educate.

I face pre menstruation symptoms every month atleast for a week before my periods and they are sometimes very bad, I feel dizziness and lot of pain all the time even before my periods start. Pls suggest some medicine for some relief. (I have stones in my kidney) is it because of that?

I feel sometimes there is a pain/heaviness in the pelvic floor after heavy work or when I sit on bed for work and bend for long hours or lift heavy luggage. It becomes fine after I lie down and get some rest. Is this normal or should I get it checked?

I delivered baby 1.5 months back. Till date my breastmilk production is not so good. My baby remains hungry even after feeding. I am breastfeeding him every 2-3 hrs still the production is not increasing much. Also from few days I am feeling pain in my breasts. What should be done to increase the production?

I done embryo transfer, today is my HCG test n its value is 942.2 Miu/ ml. Actually I face two early miscarriage before ( even not seen any heartbeat) , so I am little bit worried is this value is good for my pregancy ( live birth).

I want to know the right position of belly to wear bottoms.. Is it safe to wear leggings or plazo either over the belly button or below the belly button so that baby may not get any mark of wearing bottoms..

I was having acute spotting and having little blood mixed discharge for 3 days before my period and today I have got my proper flow of period (on 29th day). Is 3 days of inconsistent spotting before the period normal?

My hcg level was 417 on 32nd day.. And on 34th day hcg value was 166..and there is brown discharge too.. Is there any chance to hcg rise... Please help
