My wife tiffa report has littile big lateral ventricle 8.6,9.8 at 20 weeks 3 days scan.. please advice for further process

It is not a normal report but at this stage it is not possible to give a firm opinion. She will have to go for weekly sonography to see how ventricle size is increasing. It may come within normal range in subsequent studies.
One thing good, there is no evidence of any neurological problem in the previous studies done in early pregnancy.
