Pregnancy and Infertility

Today is day16 of my cycle and i have a dominant follicle of size 21.8 in right ovary is this size ok?? Are there chances to conceive? This is all natural no medications except follic acid taken

My friend has irregular period cycle,(sometimes misses for 5 months and if it starts doesn't stop until 1 month), regular pain in lower abdomen, backache, stone.etc She has very bad habit of eating junk food. And she even has polymenorrhea. These problems are treatable? Does she have any serious issue?

I had misscarrige 3 week back and had scan 1 week back to check whether it's completely cleared or not ... Yes as per scan & doctor everything got cleared sack and all ... But today am bleeding again with brown colour. is it my regular period or any other thing? Please advise

Today in morning i took 1 meprate tablet but now at 10 a.m. i m feeling that my periods may occur. How can i stop my periods as i have to travel to temple after 2 days? If i take meprate tablets again after 6-8 hours then what will happen...will it stop my periods.

Which medicine can I take to delay periods by 10 days that don't create any complications in future.

I do USG in different time.1st time 27/02/22.2nd 27/03/22.same sonographar do usg..but 1st time seen Rt. Ovary measure 14.50 cc Lt. ovary measure-11.20cc But 2nd time seen Rt. Ovary measure-5.99cc Lt. ovary measure-6.77cc Why both study different??

Last month i diagnosed with 2.6x3cm hemmorahgic cyst in ovary. Please advise what i have to do further ...i have to wait or treatment need any???
