My both overies in normal size. But right ovary noted with a small mixed echogenic follicle seen. suggestive a chornic hemorrhagic dominant follicle (20.0 * 18.3mm) seen.
And left ovary noted with a dominant follicle (20 * 19mm)seen.
What does it means, and what is the reason behind this, can any one help me to understand this please...
