Are my ovary size normal?

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I just got my routine abdomen ultrasound as I turned 30 and wanted to know the healthy status. the size of right ovary is 2.9x2.8x1.6 and left ovary is 3.0x3.0x2.2. the radiologist have reported left ovary as bulky... Is it matter of concern... What should I do?? I have reoccurring pimples on chin area. My periods r normal with normal intensity of pain. However, I do have fluctuation in blood pressure and bowel movement on the first day of menses. Please help and suggest what should I do?
