Pcod and size of ovary
The volume of right ovary was 13 ml and left ovary 12 ml but just in 3 months it reduced to 4.5 Ml right ovary 4.5 and left 4.6 ..on my 1st day of periods with multiple follicles in both ovaries ...I have pcod also ..is it normal or cause of concern ? ? in just 3 months the volume of ovary has changed

Just having PCOS picture on scan doesn't matter unless your periods are irregular or you have hyperandrogenism features.
Many factors play on volume of ovaries
Reduction in volume shouldn't matter
If u have above mentioned symptoms and you were on medications and regularly exercising than reduction in volume is a positive sign that treatment is working
