Can i take pantoprazole or Omiparrazole before food? I am taking medication for UTI. So which is preferred and safe?

I had missed my periods in the last cycle and I was over 10 - 12 days late from my typical 35 - 42 days cycle. I had spotting for a day and on consultation my doctor put me on Clofert 50mg and Ovaa Shield DS without inducing period. However, on the 15th day of my cycle, 10 days after my last clomiphene tablet I had light spotting with my period starting the next day. What does this mean for me and what should I do next?

I took two ipill in one month at a difference of 27 days. I took one on 1st March 2022 and the second one on 28 March 2022. I got my periods on my regular date in between on 17 March 2022.
