Pregnancy and Infertility

I have got till now not got my periods its 46th day and 3 times home upt test did all came negative even on 37th day and 42nd day came negative. I have no symptoms of periods except for heavy sore breasts. Please provide help on why it might have delayed. In January had done sonography there was no cyst everything was clear. Please advise. Should I go for blood test to confirm or is it some issue with me?

My period date was due on3rd April but i didn't had it on 3rd Later on 14th midnight I felt light spotting and thought my periods are here butafter that spotting till today I had no bleeding so what do I do I also took regestrone tablet for 3 days before that spotting happened

What does it indicate? It's 1 month after d&c Pls tell me what it's telling I had to my gynae she gave Antibiotic

Good evening...i had fibridonema in one of my breast frm last one year i visited gynecologist as well as oncologist they give me some capsules which i had to take for sometime it disappears bt came back after few days...so my doctor suggested me as its not painful so there is no need to wrry abt it...bt now sometimes i feel pain in it whn i touch it or i had my periods...so is this ok if sometimes it pains normally??

Is adhokaristha good for pcod problem? My friends has been suggested me about Ashokaeistha, the ayurvedic medicine for having pcod.. But I am afraid that it might cause some side effects

I had my AMH level checked it is 0.2 . I could not conceive for 7 years after two IUI. Last 3 months back i cinceived twice naturally, i had miscarriage in 4th month . I am worried pls help with  is this very low AMH level ..i cant conceive with this level ?? Is there any way to increase amh level

Iam feeling exhausted and tired every day.i sleep well but still feel like lying down even when I do small home chores.in recent months i have severe nausea, dehydration, stomach pain, headache and indigestion before one week of periods.it is too tough for standing or sitting for long or doing any kind of work.i get easily irritated due to this weakness.please advice of any supplements will help.i have been obese for past ten years
