Implantation bleeding is mild spotting. If you are having bleeding which soaks a pad and it has been there for few days then it is either withdrawal bleeding due to emergency contraception or it is a normal period. Please wait for 2 days. If it stops, fine. If it doesn't stop, you will have to get sonography done and consult with a Gynaecologist on Practo
