Irregular periods .  2 months my periods got skipped. So I took deviry 10 mg for 5 days now i am experiencing heavy bleeding .

I'm feeling pain in left side of left breast when pressed r if not touched I won't feel any pain I won't any lump r something like tat wat may be the reason

If I talk about my period history .so my period schedule was like this . In January2020 8 days from (17 Jan to 24 jan) Then in Feb it was too high (from 13 Feb to 9 March) Then in April and may I didn't get my periods In June, 8 days In July , 11 days In Aug skip In sep 8 days Oct and nov- skip Dec- 10 days Jan -10 days Feb and March- skip April-took deviry 10 mg , experiencing heavy bleeding. What can I do to regulate my periods so that i can get my periods on each and  every month . Recent few blood tests:

I'm facing an issue like urinary retention. A year ago I've got the same issue for 15-20 days And again I'm having the same issue from 2-3 days..
