My wife had a circlage in her 16th week and she is n her 18rh week now, from the last 2-3 days she has been seeing brown color spotting, is this normal?

I was diagnosed with high prolactin serum value 106 ng/ml in Feb 2022 and due to this my period is abnormal. After that I was taking cabergoline twice a week. After 4 week prolactin level reduced to normal level. Doctor also provided me estrogen medicine and then I had normal period in April and i left medicine. But yesterday was the first day of period and again no bleeding is not there. Few brown spot was there. So, what could be the reason for this ? Is there again chance of high prolactin serum value?
