Hi, I have lite spotting on 34th day. May i know is it an implantation bleeding blood color or normal periods.

I am having irregular periods from August 2021. Dates of irregular periods are as follows 17th August'21, 5th Sep'21,12th Dec'21, 1st Jan'22, 1st Apr'22 and 16th Apr'22. Other months the cycle was normal. This irregularities have started post I took Covid vaccine on August 2021. I mostly have heavy flow during my periods and it stays for 6-8 days (gradual reduce in the flow).

It is said that after embryo transfer total bed rest is not advisable..then how much to walk and how much time i can stand or sit.how much household chores can i do.?can i sit on low height bed?

Pease guide me about travelling rules after IUI? I had IUI 6 days back & I have to travel back my hometown which is 4-5 hours by road. We will be travelling in car. Is it okay to travel? My endometrium lining is proper as per ny doctor.
