Hi,  am 35 yrs old. I have been diagnosed with adenomyosis recently with endometrial thickness of 15mm , also in pelvic exam , level 1 uterine prolapse and cystocele diagnosed. I have constipation and trouble emptying bladder since 10_15 days and taking urotone and lactulose syrup, finding some relief. For adenomyosis taken depo provera shot 50 days back, consistent lower abdominal pain is not there now but still every now and then lower abdominal pain with stomach ache also there. Gastric pain also there even though am taking Nexpro RD for GERD. My gynecologist suggested only pelvic exercises for prolapse and cystocele... and I feel depo provera not solving my issues, rather my pelvic area became prolapse after taking this injection, what further tests or better treatment should I go for?

I am 38 th week pregnent and my sgpt and sgot are 193 and 118 respectively. My D dimer is 1.2 I am taking clexane .4mcg injection once daily and homocheck capsule daily . How can I reduce my sgpt and sgot values? I will be very helpful for the expert advice. Thanks

I had miscarriage two months back in 19 weeks with normal heart beat but irregular gestational sac. I delivered a baby via c sec on 4th of Feb. I had minimal bleeding for 50 days then there was a gap of 6 days and again I started bleeding for 7 days and again a gap of 9 days..now the bleeding has started again.
